Q. Are realtors less likely to avoid prospective buyers looking for a lease purchase deal because it takes so long to see any commissions from it?
I have discussed this with friends and we speculate that the market difficulties may make realtors interested in such a deal just to make any money since houses are not moving and the inventory is so large.
Q. Is a realtor the best way to shop for a lease purchase deal? I see so many houses in the MLS that have been there for a very long time with a rental option so I assume the sellers may be motivated to be creative.
Your thoughts on this is appreciated. Thank you.
